The Firm
The company was established in 2005 in the Arab Republic of Egypt and in 2012 the branch of the company in the United Arab Emirates (MS Legal Consultancy Company) was opened to provide legal services to an international lawyer firm.
The company has working partnerships with a number of law firms in many countries around the world.
We work in various legal fields including: – Establishment and follow up of companies, taxes, drafting contracts and representation of our clients before various courts, bodies and arbitration centers in Egypt and the UAE and through our partners in many countries of the world.
